SmartCargo service status

This page documents monitored components and safe degraded behavior. It does not display a fake “all systems operational” claim.

Website

The public homepage is checked for availability, expected security headers, and a recognizable SmartCargo document.

Search API

A real direct and one-stop planning query is checked for a valid JSON contract. Alerts are emitted only on material failure.

Data freshness

Official flight-history and cargo-hour refreshes preserve the last-known-good dataset when an upstream source is unavailable. Stale or unknown values remain labeled.

During a partial outage

Cached flight results may be shown with a clear last-live-update message.
Unavailable weather or cargo hours are labeled instead of guessed.
Operationally critical details must be confirmed with the airline or station.

Release evidence

The current static release manifest is available at release.json. It identifies the built artifact without exposing credentials.
